Who we are

We are Gregg & Stephanie Cosgrove and family. Both graduates of UNL who lived in Baltimore for a number of years, had kids and decided that being closer to our families would make our lives easier. We have lived in three great houses in the Mt. Emerald Historic District, with the Sidles House being our final stop (o! how we hope). We enjoy the walkability and the architecture of our neighborhood and hope to be an asset to our neighbors and neighborhood. We are also members of the Near South Neighborhood Association, who fight to protect these historic homes.
